Register as a recruiter
In order to have access to the extra menu items to manage your candidates you need to register your account as a recruiter (You still can have another personal account to do the tests and check them out for yourself.)
Under the Performance menu you can select which test to use and who to invite. We only need their email address. You will be prompted to buy test tokens as required. Tokens are only used if and when people do the test they were invited to do.

Also under the Performance menu you can review who responded to your invitation and see their score. You can drill down into the test results and see how each question was answered.
